the staff was kind! i was offered help with my luggage earlier than check-in time. the location is great, only a short walk to the train station. i found the nearby metro very convenient.

missing shower curtainrough towel

the bathroom wasn't great. the shower curtain was missing so water went everywhere. also, the towels felt kinda rough, like they had been washed way too many times. it definitely wasnt what i expected.
